Recap
This is a non-canonical friendly match between the real life Japan team that was going to participate in the 2006 World Cup in Germany and the Japanese Olympic team from the manga. It was published in July of 2006 in the one shot “Japan Dream 2006”.
Takahara scored the opening goal in the 25th minute. Just five minutes later, Kojiro Hyuga put the 1-1 on the scoreboard. However, before half time, the real life japanese team scored two more goals, thanks to Nakamura and Nakata.
For the second half it is revealed that Tsubasa will be playing for senior Japan, but the one shot ends before it starts.
